Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Intern to support the Examination Department in managing day-to-day operational activities, exam creation, data management, and documentation. The candidate should have good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools and be comfortable working with large amounts of academic data.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Examination Department in creating and managing examination papers, question banks, and assessments.

Prepare and organize exam-related data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Handle day-to-day examination operational activities and coordination.

Assist in creating, formatting, reviewing, and maintaining question papers and exam content.

Use AI tools to support exam creation, content preparation, data organization, and operational tasks.

Maintain accurate records of examinations, students, subjects, and related academic data.

Perform data entry, data verification,



and basic analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate with internal academic and examination teams for timely completion of exam-related activities.

Ensure exam-related documents and data are properly maintained and updated.

Identify and report errors or discrepancies in examination data and documents.

Maintain confidentiality of examination-related information and follow departmental processes.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Basic to good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity AI tools.

Positive computer and internet skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good data management and documentation skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and repetitive operational tasks.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Basic understanding of examination/academic processes will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 p
