Job Description:
- Must have experience in administering and troubleshooting Cisco CUCM, CUC.
- Configure & Troubleshooting Experience on Cisco Voice Router/SBC.
- Must have good knowledge of the H.323, SIP and ISDN PRI Voice Circuit Functionality.
- Must have experience to migrate PSTN Network to SIP Centralized Model.
- Must possess positive troubleshooting skills and ability to Analyse Cisco CUCM, Voice Router logs and resolve system issues.
- Administration and Maintenance Voice operations on Cisco Voice infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendor for Number Porting SBC/Router configuration.
- Migrate the PSTN network to SIP Infrastructure CUCM configuration and Integration with other devices.
- Prepare and test (run UAT)



in advance the UCaaS Infrastructure configuration Dial Plan to support the new SIP Centralized Telephony Architecture (Call Manager and SBCs).
- Troubleshooting the Router & CUCM issues Get the CSR (Document that details existing services and telephone numbers associated with the current ISDN link(s)) from the existing Service Provider.
- Depending on the incumbent Service Providers requirements Manage the routine operational works, Incident Tickets, Services Requests and Tasks assigned though ITSM ticketing tool or different other sources related with Voice support.
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment including the flexibility to adjust hours for proper departmental coverage (vacations| illness| etc.).
- Responsible to Create the SOPs & KB Article.
- A positive attitude and collaboration skills are essential Self-driven, accountable, responsible and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency
