Job Description

Galacon Infrastructure & Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with 4-7 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination of civil construction activities.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech /Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

4-7 years of experience in industrial, commercial, residential, or high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Perform quantity estimation and material reconciliation.




- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Verify measurements and assist in billing activities.
- Monitor manpower and material utilization at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution.

Required Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity surveying and billing.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
