- Act as the primary point of contact for Intune MAM and MDM related queries and issues
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Intune MAM and related technologies
- Collaborate with other IT teams including network and security teams to ensure integrated and secure mobile device management
- Configure and manage Intune MAM policies for various mobile platforms iOS Android Windows
- Ensure that mobile applications are deployed updated and maintained according to company policies
- Implement and manage conditional access policies in conjunction with MAM to secure mobile devices and applications
- Deploy and manage mobile applications via Intune to ensure seamless user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile application deployment and management
- Provide support for end users experiencing issues with MAM enforced applications
- Work closely with the security team to ensure that MAM policies comply with organizational security standards
- Monitor and report on the compliance status of mobile devices and applications
- Implement and enforce data protection policies for mobile applications including encryption data loss prevention and app protection policies
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft Intune specifically in MAM (Mobile Application Management)
- Strong understanding of mobile device platforms iOS Android Windows and their management
- Experience with configuring and managing conditional access and app protection policies
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards related to mobile device management
- Robust troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Microsoft Certified Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals or similar certificationsRole & responsibilities
