Immigration Consultant (Sales)

₹20,000–₹50,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Requirements
- Knowledge of Canada and Australia Permanent Residence (PR) and Work Visa processes. Knowledge of Europe Work Visa processes. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions. Ability to handle client queries, follow-ups and objections effectively. Ability to achieve monthly sales targets. Confident, self-motivated and result-oriented approach. Hindi-speaking candidates are not preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into clients. Understand clients’ immigration requirements and provide relevant guidance. Explain visa options, processes and service offerings clearly. Conduct consultations and handle client objections professionally. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain the sales pipeline. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups and conversions. Build strong and professional relationships with clients. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Alternative Candidate Profile

If exact industry-specific immigration consultants are not available, we are open to hiring solid Sales Executives with excellent English communication, strong negotiation and convincing skills, experience in target-driven sales, client-handling abilities and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Candidates should be willing and able to learn immigration products and processes quickly.

Ideal Candidate

A confident, persuasive and target-driven sales professional with excellent English communication and strong negotiation skills. Prior immigration sales experience will be preferred; however, strong sales professionals from other industries may also be considered.
