Job Summary

We are a Chinese manufacturer of industrial connectors and electrical components, looking for a dynamic and self-driven Channel Sales / Business Development professional to develop and expand our agent and distributor network across India.

The role will focus on identifying and onboarding channel partners, conducting field visits, developing business relationships, gathering market intelligence, and achieving channel development and sales targets. The candidate will work closely with the China headquarters and provide regular updates on market activities and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Sales
- Identify, approach, and develop potential agents, distributors, and channel partners for industrial connector and electrical component products across India.
- Build and expand a strong local sales and distribution network.
- Conduct regular customer and channel partner visits to develop business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive successful onboarding of recent partners.




- Track distributor/agent performance and take necessary actions to improve business growth.
- Achieve assigned channel development and sales targets.

Market Development & Customer Visits
- Conduct on-site customer and channel partner meetings across assigned territories.
- Understand customer requirements and identify new business opportunities.
- Gather information on competitor activities, pricing, products, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with industrial customers and channel partners.

China Headquarters Coordination
- Act as the key communication link between Indian customers/channel partners and the China headquarters.
- Coordinate with the China team for samples, quotations, technical information, product requirements, and commercial discussions.
- Follow up with customers and partners to ensure timely progress toward business closure and cooperation agreements.
