Job Summary

Rizan Jewellery LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with relevant experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of jewellery accounting, inventory management, gold valuation, and hands-on experience with Wingold jewellery accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records for jewellery operations.
- Handle sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, and bullion/jewellery accounting.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and reconcile gold, diamond, and jewellery stock records.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Monitor accounting entries and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and other management reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records and documentation.
- Work extensively with Wingold jewellery accounting software.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field – Mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Accountant – Mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Wingold software – Mandatory.
- Prior experience in the jewellery, gold, bullion, or precious metals industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of jewellery inventory, gold valuation, stock reconciliation, and cost control.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Solid MS Excel and computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
