Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our digital services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and resolve customer questions.
- Promote services such as SEO, Social Media, Website Development, Paid Advertising, etc.
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with leads.
- Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reporting to the manager.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure lead conversion.

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and close deals effectively.
- Motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

Additional Details:

Training: 3 Days mandatory training after interview selection.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Structure: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 fixed + attractive incentive plans based on performance.
