- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
- Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements
- Scheduling interviews and following up on feedback
- Negotiating salaries and employment terms with candidates
- Managing multiple job openings simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
- Maintaining a candidate database and regularly updating recruitment reports

Requirements:
- Experience: 28 years in IT recruitment for contract staffing
- Proficiency in using Indian job portals and sourcing tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid negotiation skills with the ability to finalize salary discussions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
