Job Profile - Machine Operation Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Setup & Calibration – Set up machines before production runs and adjust settings as needed.
Quality Control – Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns.
Safety & Compliance – Follow workplace safety rules and maintain cleanliness around machines.
Record Keeping – Maintain logs of machine performance, production counts, and any issues encountered.
