Role & responsibilities
- Recruit recent Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Train and motivate advisors to sell life insurance products.
- Help advisors generate leads and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Conduct joint sales calls with advisors.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in sales, insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
- Ability to recruit and manage a sales team.
- Age : 25 to 45
