Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer Cum QA who will be responsible for training sales executives, monitoring call quality, identifying performance gaps, and implementing coaching plans to improve sales performance and customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of BPO sales processes, call quality parameters, objection handling, sales techniques, and performance management.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Conduct induction, product, process, and sales training for current joiners.
- Conduct refresher and skill-enhancement training for existing employees.
- Train agents on sales techniques, communication skills, objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques.
- Identify individual and team-level training gaps and prepare action plans.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and knowledge checks.




- Track training effectiveness and improvement in agent performance.

Quality Assurance
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls based on defined quality parameters.
- Conduct regular call audits and prepare QA reports.
- Identify errors, process deviations, communication gaps, and missed sales opportunities.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents based on call evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain QA scorecards and performance records.

Sales Performance Improvement
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to improve conversion and sales performance.
- Analyse call trends, customer objections, agent performance, and quality scores.
- Identify best practices and share them with the sales team.
- Conduct targeted coaching sessions for low-performing agents.
