HR Team Member – Garment Manufacturing

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai (with some working days at our Bhiwandi unit)

Experience Required: 2–4 years in HR (manufacturing/garment industry preferred)

Role Overview:

Rinwera Designs is seeking a proactive HR Team Member to support day-to-day human resources functions across our Santacruz and Bhiwandi units. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and ensuring smooth HR operations. A key responsibility will be addressing and resolving employee-related issues with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Handle onboarding, inductions, and basic training programs
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and compliance requirements
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues fairly and promptly




- Foster employee engagement through regular communication and activities
- Coordinate HR operations across Santacruz, with some working days at Bhiwandi as required
- Assist in performance reviews and HR reporting

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of HR experience (garment manufacturing preferred)
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive matters
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
- Flexibility to occasionally work from the Bhiwandi unit
