Successful candidates will be a part of EY GDS s Transformation Design Execution (TDE) practice to help our clients successfully deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution. This career opportunity seeks individuals who not only understand the role technology plays in large scale transformations,



but who have experience in designing and integrating technology and business processes to produce value driven solutions. These solutions often include multiple capabilities i.e. demand intake prioritization, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/ portfolio/ transformation execution, schedule management, risk issue management, resource management, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via dashboards.

Key Responsibilities as Scrum Master JIRA Expert
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers
- Get the team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
- Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
