Role & responsibilities :

Diploma / B.Sc. qualification

3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Solid understanding of GMP and Good Documentation Practices

Experience in handling major manufacturing equipment (Reactor, ANFD, VTD, etc.)

Exposure to Oncology operations, especially Isolator/SFS systems, will be an advantage

Execute manufacturing activities in line with Batch Manufacturing/Production Records (BMR/BPR) and SOPs

Ensure adherence to cGMP standards, safety practices, and quality requirements

Review and maintain manufacturing documentation and equipment logbooks

Participate in investigations, root cause analysis, abnormality identification, and Kaizen initiatives

Operate critical production equipment including Reactors, ANFD, VTD, Isolators, SFS systems, and related equipment

Contribute to TPM and Lean Management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Complete assigned learning and compliance training through LMS
