About us

Nuwizo Digital Solutions is a Bengaluru based AI growth company working with clients across India, UAE, USA and Australia. We are launching Nuwizo Academy in Coimbatore, a hands on programme that trains students and graduates in digital marketing powered by AI, using live campaigns and real budgets, not theory. Our first batch starts soon and we are looking for the first person on the ground to build it with us.

The role

You will own admissions for every batch. That means two things. Talking to interested students and parents and converting them into enrolled students, and going out to colleges and institutions in and around Coimbatore to build the pipeline that feeds those conversations. You report directly to the founder.

This is a build it from scratch role, not a seat in an established process. If you want ownership and visibility early, this is that job.

What you will do
- Call, counsel and convert inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, walk ins and referrals




- Build relationships with placement officers, HODs and student clubs at colleges across Coimbatore, Tiruppur and Erode
- Organise and run campus workshops, seminars and demo sessions alongside our trainer
- Follow up consistently on WhatsApp and calls until the student either enrols or clearly says no
- Handle the fee conversation with confidence, including instalment options and objection handling
- Maintain every lead accurately in our CRM with correct status and next action
- Represent Nuwizo Academy at education fairs, career events and local outreach activity
- Report weekly on enquiries, conversions, batch fill status and what is working

What we are looking for
- One to three years in sales, admissions, counselling or business development. Education, edtech or training background preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in Tamil and English. Comfortable switching between a parent conversation and a student conversation
