- Experience in using and navigating learning platforms for user management, content administration, and reporting.
- Meticulous in managing program details, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Identifying and resolving logistical or administrative challenges that may arise during program delivery.
- Commitment to providing a positive and effective learning experience for participants.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred
