Sales Executive – Furniture & Home Solutions (In-Store)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand on the showroom floor — welcoming walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, guiding them through our range of furniture and home solutions, and closing sales while delivering a warm and professional buying experience.

This role combines product knowledge, customer engagement, consultative selling, and coordination with the design and production teams to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless journey from first enquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Showroom Sales
- Greet and assist walk-in customers on the showroom floor with a warm, professional approach.
- Understand each customer’s requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
- Actively guide customers through the showroom and recommend suitable products.




- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

2. Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full product range — sofas, recliners, beds, dining sets, chairs, furnishings, and accessories.
- Present and demonstrate products, highlighting features, materials, comfort, and craftsmanship.
- Stay updated on recent arrivals, offers, pricing, and customisation capabilities.
- Confidently address customer questions on quality, durability, and value.

3. Customisation & Design Coordination
- Guide customers through customisation options such as fabric, colour, texture, finish, and configuration.
- Coordinate with the in-house interior design team for tailored solutions where required.
- Help customers visualise how products will suit their space and requirements.

4. Quotations, Closing & Order Processing
- Prepare accurate quotations and clearly explain pricing, offers, and payment or finance options.
