Job PurposeTo support the Cable Sales team by driving secondary and tertiary sales in the assigned territory through regular market visits, retailer engagement, product promotion and electrician connect, ensuring product availability and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive secondary sales from distributors/dealers to retailers in the assigned territory.
- Drive tertiary sales by creating product demand at retailer and electrician level.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure adequate product availability across retail outlets.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors and electricians.
- Visit retailers regularly to generate orders, check stock availability and ensure product visibility.
- Engage with electricians to promote the company's cable products and build product preference.
- Identify new retailers and potential market opportunities within the assigned territory.




- Support dealers/distributors in expanding their retail network.
- Ensure proper display, branding and visibility of cable products at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, schemes, product demand and customer preferences.
- Track competitor activities and report market intelligence to the reporting manager.
- Support implementation of sales schemes, promotions and marketing activities at the ground level.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily market visits, sales activities and customer interactions.
- Assist in achieving assigned sales, coverage and outlet productivity targets.
- Ensure effective coverage of the assigned market and maintain regularity of retailer visits.
- Coordinate with the distributor/dealer and sales team for timely order execution and product availability.
