About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR (Recruitment) to manage end-to-end recruitment for our healthcare and assisted living operations. The role will focus on hiring quality healthcare and support staff while ensuring timely manpower availability across centres.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to joining and onboarding.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring for Nurses, Caregivers, RMO/Doctors, Physiotherapists, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Security and other support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, institutes, referrals, NGOs, social media and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates for suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with Centre Managers,



Clinical Teams and Department Heads.
- Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, interview status, offer status and joining reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming healthcare requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and placement agencies and monitor their performance.
- Support joining documentation, background verification and pre-employment formalities.
- Ensure recruitment is completed within approved manpower budgets and timelines.
- Conduct regular market mapping and identify current sources for healthcare talent.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities as required.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular manpower updates to management.
