Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, issuance and documentation of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM) and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, storage and issuance of RM, PM and finished goods.
- Verify materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory accuracy in ERP/system.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation and storage of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and material traceability requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, QA, Production, Dispatch and Accounts departments.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer and other store documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the store.
- Follow GMP,



safety and company SOP requirements.
- Maintain records for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Supervise store helpers/workers and allocate daily activities.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Store/Warehouse operations, preferably in Pharma/Nutraceutical/FMCG manufacturing.
- Knowledge of RM, PM and finished goods handling.
- ERP/software knowledge preferred.
- Good documentation and inventory management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and warehouse practices will be an advantage.
