We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecaller Executive who can handle incoming leads, communicate with potential customers, generate appointments, and convert leads into clinic walk-ins.

This role requires consistent follow-up and relationship building. Leads may need to be followed up with for 3-4 months or longer depending on the customer's interest and requirement.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Call and communicate with leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant MacAesthetics services and consultation processes.
- Convert leads into appointments and clinic walk-ins.
- Follow up consistently with interested, undecided, and inactive leads.
- Maintain long-term follow-ups with leads for 34 months or as required.
- Reconnect with missed calls, old leads, unresponsive leads, and previously interested customers.
- Schedule appointments and confirm customer availability.
- Make appointment reminder calls and ensure maximum walk-in attendance.




- Handle customer queries professionally and build trust with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the status of every lead.
- Coordinate with the clinic and front-desk team regarding appointments and walk-ins.
- Re-engage old leads for relevant treatments, consultations, and promotional campaigns.
- Meet daily and monthly calling, follow-up, appointment, and walk-in targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-walk-in conversion.
- Maintain skilled communication and represent the MacAesthetics brand positively at all times.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Telugu and English communication skills.
