Role & responsibilities

Signet Electromechanical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities and generate sales for our MEP project solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, developing business relationships, generating project enquiries and converting opportunities into orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, HSD/Fuel Systems and related engineering projects.
- Generate leads through direct customer visits, references, consultants, EPC contractors and project enquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, data centers, industrial clients and end users.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions and quotations.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial offers, negotiate with customers and support order closure.




- Track ongoing projects and identify upcoming opportunities at an early stage.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare sales reports, enquiry status and project pipeline updates for management.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, execution and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Travel for customer meetings, site visits and business development activities as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 38 years of experience in B2B technical sales / project sales / business development.
- Experience in MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, HSD/Fuel Systems, Industrial Projects or related engineering sectors will be preferred.
- Experience dealing with consultants, EPC contractors, MEP contractors, industrial clients or data centers will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation and follow-up skills.
