Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Provide end-to-end support for issue resolution across business applications, ensuring timely incident handling and service restoration.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Handle configuration support for enterprise applications including LOS, LMS, and CRM systems.
- Perform data corrections, reconciliation, and validation to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies impacting business operations and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and resolution.
