The Accounting Executive Franchise Store is responsible for managing financial transactions, record keeping, and reporting for franchise retail stores within the retail industry. Duties Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for franchise retail stores including transaction entries and reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.




- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Support budgeting processes and analyze budget variances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and franchise financial policies.
- Collaborate with franchise managers and corporate finance teams to resolve financial issues.
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to audit inquiries.
- Maintain filing systems and documentation for financial transactions.
- Recommend and implement improvements in financial processes and controls.

Education Training
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Skilled certification such as CPA or CMA is an advantage.
- Training in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms required.
- Knowledge of retail accounting practices and franchise financial operations recommend
