1. Test Manager with minimum 10 years of IT experience.
2. Strong knowledge in Telecom BSS domain, knowledge of Data and Voice products.
3. Solid knowledge and experience in testing life cycle like Requirement analysis, Test planning, Execution and reporting.
4. Application Knowledge (Desirable): Salesforce, CPQ, Siebel-CRM
5. Advise and assist on status, risks and their resolutions related to testing and quality assurance
6. Exposure to Defect Management Tool (preferably ADO)
7. System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing Management, Operations Readiness Testing Management.
8. API testing like rest or SOAP, basic sql scripting
9. Good communication skills
10. Support UAT, including obtaining official sign-off approval on releases ready for UAT and production

11. Effectively collaborate and communicate and builds rapport with team members, project stakeholders, business partners and vendors
