About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, converting leads into customers, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable Niveshartha solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Financial Services Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls and meetings.
- Target-oriented with a robust desire to achieve sales goals.
- Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.
- Candidates with experience in Fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or financial products will be preferred.
