Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Organizational Development with strong hands-on expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, PMS, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Reward & Recognition. The role will focus on strengthening talent, performance, employee development, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives, training needs analysis, and employee capability development.
- Manage Talent Management, including succession planning, potential/HiPo management, talent identification, and talent pool development.
- Lead the PMS cycle, including goal setting, KRA/KPI alignment, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
- Develop HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics using strong MS Excel skills.




- Design and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and retention.
- Manage Reward & Recognition (R&R;) programs and ensure effective recognition of employee contributions.
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Work closely with business leaders and functional heads on HR and OD initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR & OD.
- Strong knowledge of L&D;, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Potential Management, PMS, and Goal Setting.
- Good understanding of Employee Engagement and Reward & Recognition practices.
- Solid skills in MS Excel, HR Analytics, and HR MIS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Willingness to work at Kuntighat. Accommodation will be provided.
