About the Job:
We are looking for a fresher who is interested in sales and the IT industry. You do not need previous sales experience. We will help you to learn about our IT products and services.
Your main job will be to find potential customers, talk to them, understand their needs, explain our services, and help generate sales.
What You Will Do:
- Call potential customers and introduce our IT products/services.
- Find new customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand what the customer needs and suggest the right solution.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with customers.
- Explain basic features and benefits of our IT services.
- Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM.
- Prepare simple quotations and sales reports when required.
- Work with the senior sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of IT.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
