Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in Linux/UNIX systems, Kubernetes, and Shell scripting, along with hands-on experience in telecom protocols and online charging systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, handling incidents, and supporting business-critical applications in a high-availability workplace

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Online Charging Systems (OCS) and related telecom infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HTTP2/REST, Diameter, and SS7 protocols.




- Perform preventive health checks, monitor network stability, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Handle incident management, including hot and critical issues, and perform KPI and traffic analysis.
- Configure and maintain business/tariff products and ensure accurate deployment.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled engineers to resolve complex technical issues.

Participate in
24/7 shift rotations
, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Good understanding of HTTP2/REST APIs, Diameter, and SS7 protocols.
- Experience in a customer support environment, preferably in telecom or network services.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and configuration management processes.
