Role & responsibilities
- As a Clinical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and placing top-tier talent across pharmaceutical and clinical roles.
- You will partner with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to deliver tailored staffing solutions across life sciences, healthcare, and biotech sectors.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for pharma and clinical roles
- Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to manage requisitions and meet client needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS

Preferred candidate profile





• 2+ years of experience in Clinical recruitment, ideally within MSP/VMS environments

• Robust understanding of clinical trials, FDA regulations, and industry terminology

• Experience hiring for roles such as Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Allied Healthcare, Medical

Technologist, Lab Assistant, Specimen Technician, etc.

• Proficiency with ATS platforms, VMS tools, and sourcing techniques

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently
