Role Overview

Lead the end-to-end social media strategy, content, influencer marketing and digital campaigns for a leading consumer-facing brand. Drive brand visibility, engagement, community growth and social-led business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own overall social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Lead digital-first campaigns, brand storytelling and content creation.
- Drive influencer/creator marketing and partnerships.
- Manage agencies, creative partners, budgets and external vendors.
- Track social analytics, engagement, reach, growth and campaign ROI.
- Monitor trends,



competitors and consumer insights to optimise strategy.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, PR, Performance Marketing and E-commerce teams.
- Lead and mentor the social media/content team.

Candidate Profile
- 10-15+ years in Social Media / Digital / Content / Brand Marketing.
- Experience with consumer, D2C, FMCG, Retail, Beauty, Fashion, QSR or E-commerce brands.
- Solid expertise in social strategy, content, influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
- Excellent creative, strategic and people-management skills.
- Proven experience building high-visibility social media campaigns and communities.
