Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Blockchain & Web3 Developer to design, develop and deploy secure, scalable decentralized applications. This role requires physical availability and local coordination, hence we are seeking candidates based in or around Madurai.

Experience : Minimum 4 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy smart contracts using Solidity
- Build and maintain dApps and Web3 integrations
- Work with Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains (Polygon, BSC, etc.)
- Develop and integrate DeFi protocols, NFTs and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
- Ensure security, performance and gas optimization of smart contracts
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams for end-to-end delivery
- Debug,



test and review blockchain code
- Stay updated with the latest Web3 tools and blockchain trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Solidity and smart contract development
- Hands-on knowledge of Web3.js / Ethers.js
- Experience with Hardhat, Truffle or Foundry
- Understanding of blockchain security best practices
- Familiarity with wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Candidate must be located in Madurai or nearby areas

Valuable to Have
- Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync)
- Knowledge of DeFi mechanisms (staking, AMMs, yield farming)
- Familiarity with IPFS, Chainlink, The Graph
- Experience building NFT platforms or marketplaces
