The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager who combines three skillsets that rarely live in one person: solid copywriting, hands-on design ability, and demand generation instincts. This is a full-stack execution role you'll take campaigns from concept through creative production, launch, and measurement, working directly with EigenRisk's U.S.-based marketing leadership.

This role is built for someone who is genuinely autonomous. You'll receive strategic direction and clear priorities, but you'll own the how: planning your work, producing the assets, executing the campaigns, and reporting on what the results tell us. What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute full marketing campaigns end to end, from creative concept and asset production through launch, distribution, and measurement
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and channel coordination across email, social, and web




- Track campaign performance, report on results, and recommend optimizations based on what the data shows
- Support lead nurture and pipeline development in partnership with sales priorities

Copywriting
- Write clear, sharp marketing copy across formats: social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, web copy, and sales collateral
- Adapt tone for different audiences (carriers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers) while staying true to EigenRisk's brand voice
- Write copy that is designed to perform, not just fill space subject lines, CTAs, and headlines matter to you

Design & Creative Production
- Design marketing collateral using Canva and Figma: one-pagers, social graphics, email templates, event assets, and campaign creative
- Build and design PowerPoint presentations for sales, webinars, and executive use
- Maintain visual consistency with EigenRisk's brand guidelines across all assets
