Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist hotel guests at the airport in a
warm and professional manner.
- Coordinate guest airport pick-up and drop-off
arrangements.
- Verify guest details, flight information, and
transportation schedules.
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures and coordinate
transfers accordingly.
- Assist guests with luggage and guide them to the designated
transportation.
- Maintain effective communication with the Front Office,
Concierge, Transport, and other hotel departments.
- Handle guest queries and provide accurate information
about the hotel and available services.
- Ensure all airport-related guest services are delivered
according to hotel standards.
- Maintain proper records of airport movements,
transfers, and guest requests.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors to ensure
timely service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues
when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the
hotel brand positively at all times.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Travel
& Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office, Concierge, Airport
Representative, Guest Relations, or a similar hospitality role is
preferred.
