we are looking for following skills ServiceNow experience with TSM, TSOM, CSM, FSM, CMDB

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.).
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define platform strategy, governance, and best practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and MID Servers.
- Define and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards, data models, and security frameworks.
- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to platform best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow features, upgrades, and custom applications.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Provide technical leadership during design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills and Experience




- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow design and development.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Lead Developer, or Technical Consultant.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
- Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
- Robust grasp of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management principles.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrade planning, instance management, and performance tuning.
