Prepare
BOQs, estimates, tender & contract documents
.
Manage
cost planning, budgeting, material & labour cost analysis
.
Prepare and review
interim valuations, payment recommendations and final accounts
.
Handle
variations, claims, valuations and contractual matters
.
Monitor
project costs and expenditure
to ensure budget control.
Prepare
cost reports, cash-flow forecasts and financial analyses
.
Coordinate with
clients, consultants, architects, engineers and contractors
.
Support
tendering, procurement strategy and contract negotiations
.
Assess and manage
subcontractor works, payments and schedules
.
Provide qualified advice on
commercial, contractual and financial aspects
of projects.
