- To monitor and drive Agency business of locations through:
• Agency Recruitment
• Agent Activation
• Agent Productivity
• Agent Engagement Matrix
- To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across assigned Location.
- Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and
- implement plans
- Driving renewals as per target
