Project Manager / Site Supervisor Retail Interior

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor retail interior projects from start to completion.
- Manage site supervisors, contractors, workers, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, procurement, factory, and internal teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and productivity.
- Verify measurements, work quantities, and completed work.
- Ensure work quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Control material wastage and ensure proper utilization.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
- Maintain regular project reports and update senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety procedures.
- Handle contractor/vendor coordination and follow up on pending work.
- Escalate major project, quality, cost, or timeline issues to management.
