Role Objective:

To support business growth by identifying customer requirements, providing technical sales solutions for safety valves and pressure relief systems, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships across process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales Development
- Identify and approach potential customers in chemical, paints, pharmaceutical, and process industries.
- Generate enquiries and develop new business opportunities.
- Support conversion of enquiries into sales orders.

2. Technical Sales & Customer Support
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and proposals.
- Provide technical clarification and support during sales discussions.

3. Client Visits & Relationship Management
- Travel within assigned regions to meet customers and consultants.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.

4. Internal Coordination




- Coordinate with Application Engineering, Production, and QA teams for technical and delivery requirements.
- Update customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

5. Standards & Technical Compliance
- Support solutions in line with ASME, API, ISO, and related industry standards.
- Understand safety valve and pressure relief system applications.
- Align process conditions with suitable valve solutions.

6. Learning & Continuous Development
- Develop knowledge of safety valves, pressure relief systems, and sampling systems.
- Gain exposure to domestic and industrial clients across process industries.
- Participate in technical learning and sales improvement activities.
