Role Overview

OYO is looking for a highly motivated Chartered Accountant to join the Business Finance team. The role will work closely with business, operations, and finance stakeholders to support financial planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making. This is an excellent chance for fresh CAs to gain exposure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial reporting and business performance analysis.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast).
- Work with business teams to track revenue, costs, and operational KPIs.




- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Assist in profitability and unit economics analysis.
- Support commercial evaluations and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with accounting teams during monthly financial closures.
- Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 2-3 year exp.
- Strong academic background preferred.

Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Basic financial modeling knowledge.
- Strong business acumen and logical thinking.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
