About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Experience Intern to support patients throughout their healthcare journey. The

role involves handling inbound patient calls, understanding and resolving queries, collecting feedback, and

coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound calls from patients and assist them with their queries.

● Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate information or guidance.

● Support patients throughout their treatment journey.

● Collect and record patient feedback regarding their experience.

● Identify recurring patient concerns and escalate issues to the relevant teams.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient queries.

● Follow established processes and communication guidelines while interacting with patients.

● Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback.

● Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and experience.

● Comfortable handling inbound calls and interacting with patients.

● Basic computer and MS Office skills.
