**Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager – Plastic Moulding Industry**

**Location:** Andheri East, Mumbai

**Experience:** 5–6 Years

**Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

**Industry:** **Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing – Mandatory**

We are looking for an experienced **Customer Relationship Manager** with strong experience in the **Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing Industry** to manage key customer relationships and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and maintain relationships with key customers.

✔ Handle customer requirements, queries, complaints, and escalations.

✔ Coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality, Dispatch, and other departments.

✔ Follow up on customer orders, production status, dispatches, and deliveries.

✔ Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requirements.

✔ Maintain regular communication with key customers.





✔ Monitor customer commitments and delivery timelines.

✔ Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement areas to management.

✔ Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.

✔ Prepare MIS reports related to customer orders, complaints, and follow-ups.
Requirements

✔ **5–6 years of relevant experience is mandatory.**

✔ **Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing experience is mandatory.**

✔ Robust experience in customer relationship and client handling.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Experience coordinating with Production, Sales, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

✔ Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
