About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Relationship Manager Business Banking
to manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective business customers. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing a portfolio of business banking customers, understanding their financial requirements, and offering suitable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of Business Banking / SME customers .
- Acquire recent business customers through market mapping, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with SME, MSME, and business clients .
- Understand customer business models, financial requirements, and banking needs.
- Drive business through Working Capital, Term Loans, Business Loans, Current Accounts, Trade Finance, Forex, CMS,



and other banking products .
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into profitable customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, portfolio growth, and acquisition targets .
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the bank's product portfolio.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, product, and service teams for smooth processing of customer requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of credit proposals and required customer documentation.
- Monitor portfolio quality, customer transactions, and overall relationship profitability.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, credit, risk, and regulatory guidelines .
- Conduct regular customer meetings and maintain strong engagement with key decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Business Banking, SME/MS
