Role Overview

We are looking for an Endpoint & OT Support Engineer to support enterprise endpoint infrastructure, IT operations, and OT environments. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Intune administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows endpoint management, ITSM processes, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support endpoints through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Deploy applications, patches, and security updates across enterprise devices.
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Provide L2/L3 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and OT endpoints.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management using ServiceNow.
- Monitor endpoint security, compliance, antivirus updates, and vulnerability remediation.
- Manage IT assets, CMDB records,



hardware lifecycle, and user access administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and service delivery.
- Create SOPs, technical documentation, RCA reports, and operational reports.
