About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, articulate and relationship-driven individuals to join us as
Regional Sales Associates
.

This is
not a conventional real estate sales position
. We are specifically interested in individuals who have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and who have the potential to develop into business leaders.

Candidates from
hospitality, hotels, aviation, travel, luxury services, guest relations, customer experience or similar people-facing industries
are particularly encouraged to apply. Prior real estate sales experience is
not mandatory
.

Selected candidates will be trained to understand the real estate sales ecosystem, develop channel networks, build relationships with Channel Partners and Sub-Associates,



and progressively take responsibility for sales development within their assigned regions.

Our objective is to develop individuals who can eventually
lead their respective markets, build independent business networks and grow alongside the organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Network Development
- Identify, approach and develop relationships with potential
Channel Partners, brokers, consultants, independent associates and referral partners
within the assigned region.
- Build a structured network of
Sub-Associates and business introducers
capable of generating qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with existing and prospective channel partners.
- Maintain active engagement with the network and ensure partners remain informed about available projects, inventory and sales opportunities.
- Identify recent markets, communities and professional networks that can contribute to regional sales development.
