Position: National Sales Manager
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Delhi
Salary: As per company standards (based on experience & skill)
Reporting to: Management / Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve the company’s overall sales and business growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and guide the sales team across assigned regions and territories.
- Monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and other sales team members.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and ensure timely achievement.
- Review territory-wise, region-wise, and product-wise sales performance regularly.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, key accounts, and potential customers across India.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key clients, hospitals, distributors, dealers, and other business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and joint field visits with the sales team to support business development.
- Guide the sales team in lead generation, client conversion,



negotiations, and business closures.
- Monitor sales pipelines, quotations, pending orders, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing, product availability, dispatch, and customer service.
- Conduct regular sales review meetings and evaluate individual and regional performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, sales reports, and performance updates for management.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing developments.
- Share market intelligence and recommend appropriate sales strategies to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up for orders, payments, outstanding collections, and other customer-related matters.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the sales team to improve overall performance and productivity.
