Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept development through construction and completion.
- Develop and review concept designs, layouts, working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, material selections, and technical submissions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, local regulations, NBC requirements, and project standards.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor junior architects, designers, and drafting teams.




- Review and approve drawings and design documentation prepared by the team.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders and present design proposals and project updates.
- Support project planning, cost optimization, and value-engineering initiatives.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and other technical documents.
- Ensure proper coordination between design intent and in office execution.
- Maintain high standards of architectural quality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
