About the Role

Aspira Tech Solutions LLP is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our software products and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of building strong client relationships, and committed to achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Identify prospective clients and present the company's software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.




- Prepare daily activity reports and weekly sales updates.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business Administration preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Experience in IT, Software, ERP, CRM, or Education Software sales is preferred.

Salary & Incentives

TA / Phone Allowance – ₹1,000

₹2,000 – ഓരോ Successful Sale-നും

Performance അനുസരിച്ച് ₹40,000 – ₹60,000+ Monthly Income നേടാനുള്ള മികച്ച അവസരം
