About the Role

Dehati Gramothan Vikas Samiti (DGVS) is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the implementation and overall management of the DDU-GKY 2.0 Program from our Lucknow office.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, team management, target achievement, stakeholder coordination, MIS, reporting, compliance, and overall project performance.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing government-funded skill development, livelihood, rural development, or similar programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of the DDU-GKY 2.0 project.
- Develop project plans, timelines, targets, and implementation strategies.
- Lead and supervise project, mobilization, training,



placement, MIS, and field teams.
- Monitor project targets and ensure timely achievement of assigned milestones.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with government departments, project authorities, training partners, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor candidate mobilization, counselling, training, certification, placement, and post-placement activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely MIS, documentation, and project reporting.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines, SOPs, and organizational requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Coordinate and support government inspections, audits, monitoring visits, and review meetings.
- Develop strategies to improve mobilization, training completion, placement, and retention outcomes.
